The 100-year-old recipe that my mother taught me❗️Is the simplest and most delicious😉

Materials :
1.5 cups of warm milk (300ml)
Half a tea glass of oil
1 pack of yeast (10gr)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg white (on yolk)
4-4.5 cups of flour (add in a controlled manner)
30 g butter
