After reading f.c.'s fungal acne post, I'm so grateful you mentioned squalane and cyclomethicone in your alternatives! Thanks for this fun recipe! Your blog and channel have been my go-to's for DIY beauty for a long time!
  • This is great Marie; I love lip stains. I especially like how a small amount makes such a big impact.

Hello, Marie! Did you do a wear test with these tints? I’d really like to know how long they last :) Thanks!

Hi Marie!! Instead of the powder dyes, can I use a lip liquid dye from TKB?
  • That is such a great recipe! I’m going to have to get some thickening clay next time I order from TKB.

Would adding food colour to an existing lip gloss also turn it into a stain? Thanks so much, i just have too much products to use before trying our this one.
  • Hello Marie! This is me again and again loving your work 💕 may I ask if iron oxide works too? We dont have lake dyes here and. Carmine so I am looking for alternative that is vegan. Thank you!!

First off, I enjoy the videos and your book! With this recipe I noticed a little bleeding. Did I apply too much or could this be caused by a mistake? This is the first recipe that I've tried.

I was just wondering how to make lip tints (they’re so low maintenance—never needs a touch up) and here we are. You’re a genius.

I have a question, in order for this lip tint not to expire, doesn’t need preservatives? have you used any preservatives in them if you want to sell them? @
