Dutch is the co-founder and leader of the Van der Linde gang, who was once respected and loved by his gang members, eventually loses his mind and becomes a cold-blooded and sociopathic killer. Had he been arrested after the events of "Red Dead Redemption", these are the criminal charges he would have faced.

Our exploration extends beyond fiction as we draw parallels to real-world scenarios. We examine cases of real-life criminals and their prosecutions, drawing on legal expertise to examine the likelihood of Dutch's criminal activities leading to actual charges.

Please note that the video you are about to watch is entirely fictional and is produced solely for the purpose of raising awareness on the consequences of committing a crime. The scenes depicted in this video are not real and do not reflect any actual events or persons. We do not condone or promote any illegal or unethical behaviour, and this video is intended to serve as a cautionary tale to deter individuals from engaging in criminal activity.

His epitaph: “This thing, there ain’t no such thing as civilized; it’s man so in love with greed, that he has forgotten himself, and found only appetite’s.” Then he asks: “Now which offense am I swinging for, seeing as y’all can only hang me once?”

My favorite video game character, period. Crazy how much effort he was giving to grow as a character despite his short but very important appearance in the original.

0:50 In the period of time that RDR2 takes place, "First Degree Murder" would be a Death Penalty. Hell, depending on the state you're in it could still be considered a Death Penalty today.
  • @Jolgeable
218 death sentences is like saying how nuclear arsenals could destroy the Earth dozens of times over. It's more about telling the size of the mess.
  • @user-yk4ui1ip7h
Will he now live after 218 Death Sentences and almost 100 Life Sentences?
  • @E_N1GMA_IV
Nathan Drake? I'm curious about how many murders he committed are considered self-defense
  • I have an idea for a video: If Vladimir Makarov was charged for his crimes. The Makarov from the original Modern Warfare trilogy.

Not sure why the gang's response to the Pinkerton ambush in Lakay wasn't considered self-defense. Milton wasn't going to arrest them and them due process under the law for their crimes. He basically said screw it, kill them all. What was the gang supposed to do? Stand there and let it happen?
  • @ThatGuyKh1
And these are just the crimes he commits on screen
  • One slight correction, the Tram and the Rail Bridge are not government property. American Railroads are privately owned, so both should be regular Distruction of Property.
  • Next: If Huang Lee from GTA Chinatown Wars was Charged for his crimes
  • @triir2750
Well technically he was charged and given the death sentence.
