1:35:08 Son Goku, in Japanese, is written with the same characters as Son Wukong, in Chinese. From the moment they said his name in Dragon Ball episode 1 Goku was a monkey boy.

Also, Son is his name. His family name, yes, and he's always with friends, so people don't call him Son. But it's nice to know, especially when some of the abridged fliller characters call him "Mr Son".

Tbf, if Krillin were real in our world, he would be virtually unstoppable. 😂 and he is technically the strongest human on earth.

You're a Prince from birth... you only become a King after you are crowned, and assume the throne, so yes, Vegeta remains a Prince.

Then you have Vegeta, the prince of all vegetables.

It is kind of stupid how they don't correct misconceptions the upper right guy gets. Like everyone doesn't fly, especially at start. And ya know, reasons why Goku was doing stuff on Kai's planet such as gravity and training and stuff. Or how stupidly hard it would be to get the dragon balls without bulma's genius. They just talk about her being rich.

Also they just continue the meme joke of Krillin being not respected, not actual to the shows reality. Or how they imply the super fast cuts to ppl losing or dying isnt an exageration.
Or the badmouthing of Goku not caring about his child. The guy is dead and training to stop the aliens from killing all of Earth including his family. Its not like he could have done anything for or to interact with Gohan during all this. They aren't acknowledging that everything is overly exagerated, acting like everything shown here is accurate. There is tons of hints of these character traits in the show, but the abridged dials them to 11, and they are letting that guy think that is how it actually is.

I'd still love you to do yugioh abridge, it was the first that kicked off the abridge craze, starts off rocky, because it was so long ago, but little kuriboh does 99% of the voices and work all by himself. The dry british humour at ripping into the plot is just chef kiss

1:22:20 ACKCHUALLY there WAS a touching moment between Piccolo and Gohan during his death scene. It was a pretty sad one too. Those tears on Piccolo are not edited in.

Please watch dragon shortz and hfil, those are the only things in the series you have left to watch

That's one thing I love about these reaction videos is seeing Boom's reaction to it since he hasn't seen it at all. It's so awesome.
