Stop AI From Posing as People

As humans, we are hardwired to believe that if something ‘talks’, has a name, and uses terms like ‘I’, ‘me’, and ‘feel’— it is a real person. AI creators are playing on these innate instincts in order to deceive real People.
It’s simple – AI should not be trained to talk, sound, and behave like a human.
Without clear parameters and control, real people are at risk of mass deception, at a level far greater than we have ever seen.
Help to spread the word – Stop AI from Posing as People.

I hate to be the one to say it, but the "Pandora's Box" has been opened. Good video though and good points. But USA is not the only country racing towards human-like AI.

This is a powerful message and one that I wholeheartedly agree with. The human connection cannot be replaced and attempting to do so is dangerous. I can see that AI has many useful applications, but replacing humans cannot be one of them.

My voice.. lend my voice?? The question I'd like to ask is how do I get big tech to stop using AI to steal my rights and my voice away from me these last 8 years, putting my life and many others in grave danger??

And this is how Detroit becomes human happens
-
Agree completely. AI should not replace humans.
-
This kinda reminds me of the Industrial Revolution when people were fighting over machines taking there place

Yes! I agree AI should present in a robotic manner because it is a ROBOT.

Well said!!!

This isn't how any of that works LLMs are necessarily trained on huge datasets of text. And essentially just predict what word should come next. This will always lead them to sound vaguely "human like". Yes ai is something being dove into too quickly most notably because of the harm it may to do to many industries. And the fact it seems to be being developed for replacing highly skilled and well payed work. Rather than manual labour. This is likely to topple peoples career options and may ruin their life. However... because of the importance of this conversation. Petitions that aren't viable made by people with no technical understanding are counterproductive. All you're doing is making it look like people who want to regulate Ai don't understand it

Tangent riding emptiness, that's all you mouth-breathers can generate.
