We need this in the era's tour as a surprise song
  • @ratbian
I love how incredibly passive-aggressive this song is.
  • We need Taylor to come back and host with “SNL Monologue (Taylor’s Version)” because she’s got a lot more comedy material to write about since she last hosted 😂

"I like writing names of my exes in my songs, so they're ashamed of going in public" Subliminal shade to John Mayer

She may be the ONLY host who showed up w/the monologue prepared. And she nails it!! So darn talented.
  • Taylor: Hey Joe I'm doing very well! Joe ALWYN: yeah thats my girl

2009: I like glitter and sparkly dresses 2019: I like shiny things but I’d marry you with paper rings
  • I came here to relive this masterpiece because I just saw an interview with Seth Meyers and Howard Stern about how apparently SNL never really directs their hosts on how to do their monologues and so she came in and said hey I wrote this and played it for Lorne and Seth and they loved it!
