  • Behold, the only recorded instance of John Kerry answering a question
  • John Kerry walk into a bar, the bartender said whats with THE long face ?
  • @alooga555
I thought Kerry was young Jay Leno for a second.
  • Mr Kerry did see active duty in Vietnam for 4 months and received awards for his duty.
  • The population of the United States as a whole sounded much more educated and put together in years past. The "dumbing down" of America is a travesty and its disgusting what we have allowed the Right and Left to do to our country.
  • @ian_ford
That NBC bumper in the beginning, I havent seen that in years.
  • @ulknatmelknatu
In the age of social media, many people have a Facebook. John Kerry is different in that he possesses a Book-Face.
  • Wow ! ! ! I kinda miss that peacock. For years our family only had black & white and that just bothered me.
  • @superharry484
April 18th, 1971 was a Saturday, not a Sunday, which Meet The Press always was & still is on today.
  • His book was given to me at a library book drive. I promptly redonated to Goodwill
  • WOW! I knew meet the press has been around a long time but 24 years before this broadcast is crazy. It's become much more politically biased now unfortunately
  • Sadly when Eisenhower spoke of the American military industrial complex he was aware that America was funding the French effort who were well aware that Vietnam was a losing proposition. The Vietnam War was never about anything but managing the economy by sending our 19 year old men to use weapons created by a bunch of people who were connected to Washington D.C. A very sad episode in American history. Kerry was right about how the men coming home weren't the same that went over there.
  • Thanks for including those commercials with the oil companies pushing their propaganda.

Please read this book, “ Unfit For Command.” You will find the truth about how this guy lies. He was a jerk in Vietnam, and he was illegal at so much that he did. Read this book!
