Make your own creamy vegetable soup, this time, using carrots - this is our Creamy Carrot Soup.

This is simple and very easy to make. It is best paired with salads, sandwiches, and any lunch or dinner meal you prefer.

Try this recipe and you will all love it!

Ingredients:
* 750g carrots
* 1 cup white onion
* 3 cups chicken broth
* 1 cup milk
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
* 1 chicken cube
* 2 Tbsp butter
* 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
* bay leaves

Procedure:
1. In a pot, add carrots, onions, chicken broth, salt, ground white pepper, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil.
2. Check if carrots are tender. Remove the bay leaves. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
3. When it has cooled down, transfer to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Meanwhile, in the same pot, melt butter.
5. Add flour and whisk.
6. Pour the milk and stir.
7. Add the blended carrots. Mix well.
8. Taste and adjust if needed.
9. Put a chicken cube and stir. Let it simmer.
10. If the taste is ok, turn off the heat.
11. Serve in a bowl with your favorite meals. Enjoy!
