I was once 530 pounds a very fat man, I lost 125 pounds by cutting calories in and calories burned. I eat about 1000 calories a day the foods i eat was yogurt, dill pickles, tuna, boiled or bake chicken, greens, green beans, beans, fruit and protein shakes. That's my week of meals. I did weight training and some cardio, sit ups. I'm in a wheel chair so I am limited on what I can do. But I won't stop till I under 300. I still have a long way to go. Greg you are 100% right calories in calories out (burned) !!! Two word for that other guy suck it !!

Gregβs principles work 100%. Itβs very simple, calories in, calories out. Which takes discipline and hard work. People are looking for a silver bullet that doesnβt require being in a calorie deficit.

As a nurse, can't stress enough how important it is to explain in laymen terms when it comes to medical information. It should be the same in fitness as well.
