Hey Chris, Massive thanks for your epic run on Tetra in your video! We were thrilled to see your determination to crack the puzzle, even with a bit of a technical snag. No worries about the broken piece – it happens to the best of us. We’re sending you a return voucher to get that puzzle back to us free of charge, and we'll fix it up for you. After all, every puzzle should be in prime condition for a puzzle master like yourself.Hats off for unlocking all its secrets despite the hiccup. We're huge fans of your persistence!Catch you on the next puzzle, Julien from NKD Puzzle.

I wouldn't beat yourself up too much about the broken piece, you said it yourself in one of your previous videos: Sometimes, with a wooden or plastic puzzle you never know which piece is loose because meant to be interacted with, and which piece is just loose, so it's easy to accidentally press too hard on something.
  • I don't usually like thin, laser-cut wood puzzles, nor 3D printed plastic but... this wood one is definitely impressive.

I was waiting all week for this up-load. Regardless of the extremely small issue, it was very satisfying to watch & enjoy. Thank you Chris, as always, for the enjoyment!! Keep them coming!
  • @afrazer388
I can't help but want to do all these puzzles as well. You almost make it feel as though we are there. The best content ever. Seriously.
  • @jacobtess4993
To be honest, I think your patience is nothing short of mindful mastery. Watching so many of your videos, I would have absolutely obliterated many of these pieces. Seeing your frustrated but also very composed reaction to a minor break in the puzzle is a lesson to so many that we can acknowledge when things don't go right without having to lose our minds. I thought you handled this extremely well. Great puzzle!!

Love to see these kinds of puzzles. Videos are highly entertaining. Would love to hear some recommendations for affordable puzzles for someone just starting the hobby, especially with the holidays around the corner, though!!
  • I love this maker of puzzles so much. Just out of my puzzle budget... Atleast I get to live vicariously through you when it comes to puzzle! Great video as always. Can't wait to get the black backs!
  • @zenzen1581

  • @BurnleyNuts
What an epic puzzle regardless of the minor issue. I'm completely impressed with the complexity and patience needed and as you said, these things happen in life so hey!
  • @monicareno4088

  • Chris my dude, I know how much it sucks to feel failure. Thank you for not just leaving it in, but showing us your struggle and perseverance.

Beautiful looking (and sounding) puzzle box! A real life Lament Configuration.
  • @dalis994
I knew this was coming! You mentioned it, I think on your twitter account some time ago. What an amazing looking puzzle! I love NKD Puzzle stuff, Scriptum but especially Mecanigma and Architecto, what gems!
  • @Ogsonofgroo
Always like finding a solving I've missed, man those puzzles are so beautiful but seem so fragile, so nice to see folks coming up with new ones, especially ones to test your brain Cris :) Off to the show!
  • @FlybyJunkie
This was one of the most frustrating puzzles to watch, it was so hard to keep track of which side you were trying to work on and what was happening, lol, very interesting puzzle none the less
  • @SpiderSparta56
That was awesome!!! Now I want to see Wes Barker solve it
  • @It-b-Blair
🤯 you keep revolutionizing your avenue! I’ve been an avid viewer for years, and this was another amazing journey. The quick snap time warp was absolutely delicious audio. I know it is selfish to say “just make videos because you want to” when your income depends on it… but I’ve nothing better to say. Many of these puzzles would elude me for years, and having your perspective shows me what great wonders lay beneath. Another mark upon the slate that counts how much of a privileged life I lead. Great gratitude.
