If this woman is telling the truth and going to all these places she got bigger balls than anybody period.
-
This is where the quote “no one’s against you, everyone’s just for themselves” really comes into play.
-
Humanity is capable of every dark thing you can imagine
-
My cousin is a physician assistant at a large hospital and she had a patient that went to Mexico for a mommy makeover and found out that the surgeon removed one of her kidneys.
-
Every one who is healthy in a free, safe, democratic and prosperous country should be grateful after watching this documentary.
-
I’m actually really shocked all these people are willing to be interviewed
-
Hate to say it but the organ traffickers agreed to talk because this meant advertising for potential clients who may not be aware of these "services"
-
I donated a kidney and never even thought about getting money for it. She’s still doing well, after 13 years. ❤
-
Believe it or not, organs aren’t the worst items being trafficked across borders. Children are more valuable and you don’t even want to know what happens to them.
-
She is the only 100% honest reporter in the industry right now and protects identity of the people she has on her reports. She is straight unbyus on who she interacts with.

Growing up in Mexico City, my parents were constantly reminding me of these type of dangers. Stories here and there of people being drugged and waking up without an organ were pretty well known. That’s why you were always told to not put “organ donor” in your DL since that would be another way how they would identify the victims. I’m almost 30 and I’ve been hearing about this since I was in middle school. It’s absolutely insane how we still know nothing about this.

Mariana & her crew have the biggest balls in the universe!! What a magnificent class of journalism! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I was born in Mexico City, and I, 100%, believe what is presented in this documentary. Mariana is so brave.

When I was growing up in Chihuahua, Mexico, in 2009, I remember many young people going missing (Although there are always people going missing). Around this time, the news posted their faces in the stores. Weeks after their disappearance, they would find bodies lying around the mountains and parks. They would come to find that they were opened up, and their organs were gone. In the Mexican news, they would report about the disappearances and how the bodies were found, although they did not disclose any more details. Once that happened for a couple months, they would post on the news that the police had shut down an organ harvesting base in a city in the state of Chihuahua. I was so small when I heard about this; I was 7 years old. People would always talk about the disappearances, and I cannot imagine the pain of the family members who had their families taken and killed.

God bless this woman she has the courage to interview this evil people the entire interview I feared for her

I live in the US and have seriously considered selling a kidney. I’m not surprised at all that it is such a large illegal market. When you and your kids are hungry and facing a cold, homeless winter - it’s amazing the things you are willing to do. It’s definitely much more disturbing to think about other/ more vital organs being stolen from living people

Every documentary I see this reporter in she's always in some insanely dangerous situations, mad respect to her for putting herself at risk to bring us these important stories. 👍👍👍 May I also remind you the fact that our Native American population in our motherland, the Continent of America before the European Colonizers arrived, was around 15 millions, while the European population in their motherland, the Continent of Europe was around 25 millions. Today, Native American population is 15 million, while the European population, in the Continents of America + Europe, is a staggering TWO BILLION! A shocking sad truth. 😔 In my humble opinion, it's about time to decolonize the Colonized lands, and return it to rightful owners Native American people. Notorious global cardinal crimes the Christian West has committed, and benefited a great deals, such as Slavery & Colonialism had long been over, why on earth is notorious Colonization still lingering on, may I ask? 😔

So proud that this amazing investigative reporter is Portuguese! She's the best in the world at this. Mariana és fenomenal!

This was incredibly interesting. What a badass that lady is for putting herself in danger for the story. She's very likable. I could have kept watching.

The mention of Colombia triggers me so much! My brother was human trafficked and luckily I was able to rescue him based on my wit and unconditional love for him. Please be careful when traveling abroad! The embassy cannot help at all and you are at the mercy of the local authorities.
