THIS VIDEO SHOWS THE ANTHRACITE KING MOVING THREE STEPS TO HIS LEFT ( ABOUT 20 FEET ) AND ALSO STAYING A SAFE DISTANCE FROM THE HOLE.. IN ALL IT TAKES SEVEN STEPS TO FIRST BACK AWAY FROM THE HOLE, TURN THEN TAKE THREE STEPS, AND THEN TURN AGAIN AND TAKE TWO STEPS UP TO THE HOLE.

    I use to watch these things"walk" around the strip mines at Dugger Indiana in the 70s. What a way to spend the afternoon.

    I wish I would've had the time to see these things back then. I remember all three working way out in the distance when going to Freeland the "back way".
