My rim recipe used 45% hard oils and 55% liquid oils. I used 10% castor oil to help make the soap pliable. I avoided using Shea Butter and Cocoa Butter.

I used the BrambleBerry 9 Bar Unfinished Birchwood mold to make the rim soap slab.

These videos are intended for those who already have an understanding of cold process soap making. Cold process soapmaking has many variables and involves working with sodium hydroxide (NaOH, also referred to as lye). Lye and raw soap can damage your eyes and burn your skin.
