Tomato farming is NOT what you think it is! Meet the farmers behind your pasta sauce, who grow and harvest plum-style, processing tomatoes — the source of more vitamins than any other fruit or vegetable consumed in the US. 🍅

If you can't join me then, don't worry -- the livestream will live on the channel as a video afterwards. Be sure to watch it to see if I've answered YOUR question! :)

I don't really understand why this channel is underrated. Like, look how excellent the quality of this video is! Quality every second is happiness every video! These series really need to be viewed by millions, for real! 😎 I'd love to see TRUE FOOD TV's take on green tea and coffee. Hope they'll consider those. Hehe. Kudos!

"I didn't grow up till I was like 28, so I don't know why I expected him to grow up any sooner, but he did, and I'm very proud of him now" 🙂

I'm originally from a large farm in Alberta, Canada. I love fresh tomatoes. Once, I bought heirloom tomatoes from a grocery store. I kept some of the seeds and they were planted. They grew into tall tomato plants, with lots of fruit.

Hi, I would like to say that I love this "How does it grow" series. I think you're doing a great job and I feel quite inspired about the insight I get into these farmers practices and ways of upscaling. I grow most of these vegetables myself as a homestead farm/food forest and aim to find a way to upscale in an environmentally sustainable way. Please keep it up, so far the best episode for me was the Amalfi coast lemons one.
