3/4 cup onions, diced
2-3 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 lbs quality, grass-fed beef tips
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 cups beef broth
ยผ teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 sprigs of fresh thyme
1-2 tablespoons Better Than Bouillon
1/4 cup flour
