End Qualified Immunity and this kind of crap will stop
  • The cop who encouraged the woman to kick the door in needs to be charged with breaking and entering. She was just as culpable.

This is such a clear violation of rights it shouldn't take a jury more than 5 minutes to award this man millions of dollars.

That little girl cop is such a danger! Telling people to just go kick in doors!! She will probably get a promotion and a paid vacation.

Isn't it crazy how the police can break into your house without a warrant but YOU'RE the one who gets charged with a crime?
  • @TheReal10bears
Those cops should have been fired & their LEO certification stripped & arrested & charged violation of rights under the color of law considering it was a civil matter
  • @grapeape780
Incentivising a stranger into breaking and entering should be illegal.

Breaking and entering, trespassing, assault and battery. What else??
  • @mothornton9127
Taxpayers are basically being punished for being violated by the cops. Make that makes sense!
  • We investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing and awarded ourselves a bonus

Nah, only ones who get hurt are the tax papers. The police have qualified immunity. They need to sue the police officer as well.

Every town everywhere!! It's time for the public to wake up!!!

the sad irony of the man's No Trespassing sign on the front porch.. at a minimum anyone who entered his home that day should be charged with trespassing.. but the blue wall of silence speaks volumes

These are police? Telling someone they can kick in a door. And enter without a warrant? They did not do any investigation. The Police Chief needs to go!
