I was hanging off the edge of my seat when Ezekiel grabbed Cassandra to hold her in the path of a moving train, and took a moment to gloat. "You hear that, Cassie? That is the sound of inevitability. It is the sound of your death. Goodbye, Cassie." But then she countered with, "My name.... is Neo." And then webbed all over the place.

Lord of The Rings: whoa, don't judge 2003 CGI. Those are early 90's. Terminator 2: Hold my beer.

1:39 That sucked that the suits aren't actually in the movie, they looked cool, talk about misinformation. I feel bad when Sony messes up movies with popular people. It melts my brain when I wonder why famous celebrities want to be a part of the Sony Spider-man movies.

Oh no, why‘d you change the squinting eyes back to normal? (@ thumbnail) It fitted perfectly!!! She really acts like a walking cardboard. 😂

The movie felt like the DC TV shows on WB (Arrowverse). I was not a fan of those, but I know alot of people are. I took three inner city kids to Madam Web, ages 14, 14, 11. After the movie, I asked them to grade it. They gave it B, F, A. Me, I'd give it a D+.
  • Nice review of Madam Web, keep up the good work. 😎👍🏾 Also, at 7:12, Really? That’s what Dakota Johnson/Cassie Webb looks like in the future? It looks like she’s wearing a sleep mask. They couldn’t have her wear a red headband over her eyes or something? You know, like both Kenshi from Mortal Kombat and the old version of herself from Spider-Man: Shattered Diamonds.

100% agree with all points. This movie is amazing. Amazing in how many terrible choices were made, amazing in that there were actual expectations based on this movie's success, amazing that Sony didn't follow the current trend of shelving this thing altogether and just write it off. By the way, I want to see the rest of this trilogy made by exactly the same people because I need to know ALL the ways my problems can be solved by driving a car into them.

is this your new chanel? or you just started it? i love how you narated and your view.
  • Is no secret that sony is making these unnecessary movies to keep the Spider-man movie rights. And at this point sony doesn't care about making good movies as long they still have Spider-man. And it seems they rather lose money than lose the rights to Spider-man.

  • I saw this movie yesterday and thought the movie was decent. I’ll give a 6 or 7 out of 10
  • @scolveldynasty
this movie would be better if it was editing weird the entire time
  • @dead_ones
Love your editing style! Keep up the good work!

I like the red cyberpunk glasses and the smile but that's it. Thor 3 was similar as it had the red leather and theme of cyberpunk appropriated into the title card. Neither of the movies used leather and retro styling correctly. The movie felt like a plot bait trap and a pilot episode. The girls should have been in costume and fighting with their powers toward the last half of the movie. That's why this movie is a pilot movie, they wove some nonexistant future plot thread into the movie and fractionalized it. If some movies are cliffhangers at the end, this one is not that because it embedded cliffhangers throughout the plot which produces cognitive dissonance.
