"I assaulted a man for killing my daughter" is probably something that gives you a lot of protection and respect in prison.
  • @Cruz1214.
I see nothing wrong with a father taking revenge for someone hurting his child, of course as long as he knows who did it. I dont blame him for his actions

Give this man a medal for standing up for his daughter.

A trip to Six Flags and a charity donation. If any employee in the history of this series warranted something a little better, it is this man.
  • I'm a grown male, ex armed forces, now doing security. I have 2 grown Daughters, with grandchildren. After watching this video, I was amazed at how humbled this man was. To lose a child I cannot imagine, to react the way he did, I can fully understand...this man broke me at the end, had me in tears for his loss, his grief, and his resolve.. Heart goes out to you brother, u hang in there, ur doing a great job.
  • "He's still alive...thank god" Note: He is talking about the man, from who he still believes to be the murderer of his daughter. He assaulted him and recognizes this as a mistake on his own part. If I knew nothing else about this man, this would be enough. But this speaks volumes about him. God bless him and his family.
  • You could see the shame on his face for taking the law into his own hands, it's completely understandable why he did, but it shows you how much humility he has in his heart! What a guy, glad he got some help and his living a good life, his daughter would want that for him đź‘Ť
  • "I dont wanna go back out there no more" might be the most heart braking, soul crushing sentence ive ever heard out of a persons mouth, get this man a home, a full fridge, and a goddamn award for being a good man

Rest In Peace to his daughter, we’ve all lost someone, but the pain of having a loved one murdered is just too much. My heart goes out to you.
  • “Nobody has ever done something like that for me” Not everybody has a lot of money, but being kind is free… best of luck to you sir, I hope many many more acts of kindness come your way
  • He grew up in my hometown. I’m so sorry for his loss and the pain of spending time in prison when his daughter’s murder went unsolved. 🥺

I TRULY CANNOT imagine the pain of losing a child…especially at the hands of another person. And then to be able to get your shit together and be a kind, hardworking, positive person…that takes serious grit, determination and strength. I hope this dude gets everything he hopes for…including finding the demon who took his kid from him.
  • This boss is a boss for this reason! Recognising this man’s hurt and his need and wants to be better are great! He needs more than 5k but he will forever be a rock in his store and someone he can rely on!

So tragic what the employee has gone through. Kind of the boss for his compassion and help.
  • I lost my best friend in 2017 to an asthma attack and it destroyed me, 2022 and I still think of him every sing day. I cannot even fathom what this man went through.
  • Compared to other undercover bosses and this man’s sad story what a disgrace the amount offered to him!!! Won’t help him barely That man deserves so much more. Rip 🙏🏼

Can't blame him at all. My brother was almost kidnapped at Ikea, some adult man took him out of the store and was about to put him into his van. My parents came out just fast enough and my dad REALLY had to control himself to not beat the guy to shit. It's sad that these types of things even happen, no father (or mother) should have to lose their child, ever
  • My mom recently hired a woman who has been struggling to find a job after due to her past. We heard her story an given the circumstances can't say Id do different. She came home early to find her husband an a friend of his doing the unthinkable to their little girl. And she killed him an beat the outher guy severely. Aside from that she had a perfect record. So we gave her a chance and she's turned out to be one of the most loyal, kind, hardworking women I've ever met. I understand why folks stay way clear of convicts for obvious reasons but Id say it should be treated as a case by case basis would be the best approach.
  • I have an 8 year old daughter. She is very independent and expresses how she wants go outside to ride her bike and play with her neighborhood friends. Well we all know that its not that easy these days to just say "Ok, be back before sundown!". Being able to play outside was one of the best memories I had as a kid and im afraid my kids can't have that anymore because of all these monsters lurking and actively searching for their next victim.

This made me cry so much. Felt really really bad for what he had to go through losing his daughter. And for a boss to have so much empathy and to change his life it brings me joy and happiness. We need more bosses like this man to have a heart and understand what we all go through in life. Some bosses can be dickheads at times but for a boss to be this giving by heart brings me joy and tells me the difference between our disgraceful society and doing something to make others emotionally happy.
