Young cabbage.
Turn on subtitles to learn more!
Salt.
Onion.
Olive oil.
Sauté for 3-5 minutes.
Sweet red pepper.
Sauté for 3-5 minutes.
Garlic.
3 chicken eggs.
Salt.
Pepper.
Mix.
Cook on low heat with a lid for 10 minutes!
Tomato.
Parsley.
Flip using a plate.
Olive oil.
Cheese 50 grams.
Sauté for 3-5 minutes.
It's very delicious and healthy!

Young cabbage.
Slice thinly.
3 chicken eggs.
Salt.
Mix.
Olive oil.
Sauté on low heat under a lid for 5 minutes.
Tomatoes 2-3 pcs.
Cheese 70 grams.
Flip the plate.
Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
Sauté under the lid for 5 minutes.

I’m in America in Richmond VA this looks delicious and I’m gonna try it so I don’t have fresh garlic so I’m gonna use garlic powder but I’m gonna get some fresh garlic and I don’t have fresh parsley but I have parsley flakes so I’m gonna use what I have at the house for now but I’m gonna get some fresh ingredient like you cause that looks amazing💙🇺🇸

Great recipe, you could also put some ground ginger, fresh peperoncini or cucumber instead of cabbage for a change. And top it with a sprinkle of Parmigiano or Feta cheese. Either is low in calories and high in proteins. Enjoy! Greetings from Germany ❤
