Olive oil.
Sauté for 3-5 minutes.
Sweet red pepper.
Sauté for 3-5 minutes.
Garlic.
3 chicken eggs.
Salt.
Pepper.
Mix.
Cook on low heat with a lid for 10 minutes!
Tomato.
Parsley.
Flip using a plate.
Olive oil.
Cheese 50 grams.
Sauté for 3-5 minutes.
It's very delicious and healthy!

Young cabbage.
Slice thinly.
3 chicken eggs.
Salt.
Mix.
Olive oil.
Sauté on low heat under a lid for 5 minutes.
Tomatoes 2-3 pcs.
Cheese 70 grams.
Flip the plate.
Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
Sauté under the lid for 5 minutes.

    Do we have to watch how to chop up an onion? Why don’t you prepare all the ingredients beforehand and just walk us through the cooking process? Much shorter videos and still informative. Thanks

  • I’m in America in Richmond VA this looks delicious and I’m gonna try it so I don’t have fresh garlic so I’m gonna use garlic powder but I’m gonna get some fresh garlic and I don’t have fresh parsley but I have parsley flakes so I’m gonna use what I have at the house for now but I’m gonna get some fresh ingredient like you cause that looks amazing💙🇺🇸

    Great recipe, you could also put some ground ginger, fresh peperoncini or cucumber instead of cabbage for a change. And top it with a sprinkle of Parmigiano or Feta cheese. Either is low in calories and high in proteins. Enjoy! Greetings from Germany ❤
