Our kids have been asking us to get a sprinter van and go camping, so today we finally get to surprise them with our family's first glamping trip! This is going to be a fun and interesting experience because nobody in our family knows what to expect when going camping! But if this turns out to be a fun experience for our family then we are definitely going to invest in a camper van or RV!

No Nico, you are supposed to use sleeping bags. Get the kind that go down below 0 then you will be prepared for even worse weather. A good camper is always prepared!

Abella is so cool . She is always up to try something new, and she loves everything. Crystal, I have fond memories of camping in Yosemite. My aunt made the best spicy sausage lentil soup and it was so yummy. Like you guys, we went when it was chilly fall weather. And she made the best sandwiches with 3 meats and two cheeses on potato bread. Key is to use like smoked turkey, beef salami and honey baked turkey with Munster and mild cheddar. And of course stone ground mustard on top, and mayo in the bottom. Never forgot it. I hope you all make fabulous memories in the woods camping. It's something the kids will never forget. Oh make sure you guys can get by a lake where you can canoe or boat when the kids can swim. It's so fun.

Tip: Ask where the nearest Target is and get some warm clothes! In future no matter where you camp, always bring warm clothes for cold nights(like the dessert gets so cold at night), so.........
