The pacifying Kendrick was talking about is music that doesn't make you think. It just let's you zone out & party or get in your feelings without thinking about REAL issues. A distraction. Kendrick electrifies you by making you face things. See and deal with issues in our culture. Wakes is up from the distractions. And I'm proud of the guy with twist. Real men work out and work for things. It transfers to your character. Can't short cut thru life.
