Family Trip RUINED, seeing Liana's Family and FINALLY getting dispute results!

I kept waiting to hear the lady apologise on the phone ! Not one sorry did she utter ! Absolutely shocking service!

I'm absolutely gobsmacked at that awful awful service!! The f*king cheek to say you have to pay for the hotel room! The fact that you are still smiling and polite throughout all of this drama is a true reflection of both of your positive natures. If it was me I'd be flipping the f**k out seriously!!!!!

They absolutely need to refund you for not only their booking mistake but the hotel that’s ridiculous they didn’t pay for the hotel after they screwed up!

I used to work for a big hotel chain and NOT A CHANCE we would make guests pay for a room at another hotel because we’d double booked them… that is ludicrous!

You guys need to get a complete refund, including the amount you had to pay for the room at the hotel!!! That is totally unacceptable!!

They need to issue a full refund + pay for that room. Mistakes happen, but they should make up for it. Awful service.

I don't trust people like that lying to you saying they would pay for the room and then says you have to pay for it anyway and on top of that you get charged twice for the room, I think they knew there was someone in your lodge and expected them to leave by the time you arrived but jokes on them it backfired and they were dragged out to help clean up the mess THEY created. I agree with the comment section that you should get a refund you and your son don't deserve to get messed around like that. My deepest sympathies.

This is wild, you guys handled this so much calmer than me and my partner would have lol, we'd of been fuming!! You've been treated so badly. You deserve a full refund and your hotel paying for!! What a joke on their end. Horrendous service!!

You could always say to Koazy, that the sandal can not go out today, because it is not sandal weather today. It is sneaker or boot weather. If you want your child to make a choice, you give two that will be acceptable to you the parent to choose between. Then it is a win win all around! Independence for your child, within parameters for you. Same with clothing choices too. Believe me, been there done that and after my husband passed away from cancer at 43 yrs young when our son was 4 yrs old and it was most important that I rein issues in and be able to solo parenting effectively.😊❤

I'm glad you got your refund. And they better pay for your hotel too!! I worked in a hotel. If we were overbooked, we booked them at another property and we paid that bill. Customer is always right, so we'd make it right. That one strawberry was huge!! I could live on strawberries❣️ As for the other house, you had black mold and I can't even believe how you lost, except for a $1000. Things are bound to get better. You're a beautiful family and blessed with the cutest little fella, Koazy and his cheeks. 💗💙💗
