At 1:46, the narrator said that the creator got the idea of a bitten apple as a logo after biting an apple; the narrator didn't mention that the bitten apple used here is also said to represent what is sometimes called "Adam's apple." There are other things associated with this logo and Apple Comuters that were not mentioned, but which can give more clarity to the meaning of this logo.
