As someone who is Japanese I would love to give you a few tips! 1. the noodles looked really thin and more of a wheat noodle then and egg noddle. 2. you used miso soup as the soup base totally different thing! 3. Your noodles were bare they had no toppings give them friends!!! 4. Okay lastly cutting your noodles with scissors is what I consider more Korean rather than Japanese. But some prefectures do cut there noodles so you know you do you. These tips aren’t trying to be rude!! Just want to help in any future attempts!
