Nuzlocke Rules:
-Any Pokémon that faints is considered dead and must be put in the Oophie Box.
-I can only catch the first wild Pokémon encountered in each area, and none else. If the first encounter in the area is a double battle, I can choose which of the two wild Pokémon they would like to catch but may only catch one of them. This restriction does not apply to static encounters, nor to Shiny Pokémon.
-I must nickname all of their Pokémon, for the sake of forming stronger emotional bonds.

Every gate guard is psychic...its why the gate guards around saffron had a headache in gen 1. they sense Sabrina's overwhelming power and its too much for them to handle...so the guard knew cuz of that...and as for Krok being dark...psychic can technically be trained to sense the "whole" in space dark types leave...its the basis for Miracle Eye

Storm drain Krok kind of actually makes sense...animal wise...habitat not so much...crocs live in water...so while krokorok may be a desert mon...it fits

You ask how the economy works....trainers don't pay tax...they have no home...the people that have settled down pay property tax...that goes to fund pokecenters....marts get funded by low IQ players accidentally buying items they don't need then selling them back for half...its a net 50% for the store gain when it happens
