I'm making a career change and stuck in the vicious circle of 'you need the experience to get the job that brings the experience'.  This video explains exactly why I feel frustrated and negative, and I know the answer is to stay positive and keep trying. Thanks for explaining how to protect your mentality during the job search. I love your practical focus on how to keep your eyes on the high value work. I am huge fan of the Pareto Principle and how it can open our eyes to the 20% of activities that create 80% of our value. Shifting the needle to higher value work definitely can affect our emotional state. Thanks for the great video Andy!

I love how you highlighted the different limitations people feel. Network is definitely a huge one because a lot of the time, people do get jobs based on the connections they have or the people they know. But this doesn't mean it's the only way to get a job! hi Andy... i had got recently 5 free scans on jobscan by which i edited with some keywords and the scan result against job dedcription of my resume is 17 % more i.e now 74%...i want to make it atleast 80 % as you suggested for ATS...thank you Andy sid!!

Love it ! , yeah, I always tell people who are looking for jobs, to find something that has opportunity and growth, to move up. So many people are in this situation whare their waiting to long, or maybe never get an ofer to move up, that's when its time to find something else. For me and probably most people, are trying to always trying to get to the next level, it's important to me financial, especially when it comes to retirement.
