Sorry it’s shot in horizontal! But I thought ya’ll might like the message anyway… :). So many of us get caught up trying to figure out WHY we feel the way we do: anxious, depressed, in pain…
And while that may be useful (or may not), the real power you have in the moment is in making yourself FEEL better. It sounds simple… but so easy to forget in the moment!
