It’s only a small critique but I wish Otto acknowledged or acted surprised by the lizard being Dr Connors considering they were friends in the Raimiverse

The dialogue between the villains in this movie was like something straight out of HISHE villain pub and I love it.

" you know I can give you a real makeover " is such a threatening line given the context

"Let me guess...to a lizard"🤣🤣

I love how Oscorp is such a big force in two Spider-verses but is virtually nonexistent in MCU because of the monopoly by Stark Industries.

"Bad teeth, glasses and a combover" Electro. He came firing shots, Instead he got shot back even worse.

Its a shame Lizard was barely in the movie since Rhys couldn't make it to filming. This Lizard design actually looks better than the ASM1 design. Its terrifying and actually looks like he will turn on you at any moment. And all they did was resize his head and jaw and give him more scale texture. But I was happy to hear Rhys' voice. Same goes to Thomas Hayden Church. Both actors did great with what little they were given

Would have been better if Otto was surprised upon hearing the name of the Lizard, given that he was friends with Raimiverse Dr. Connors, only to realize that this Lizard isn't the Dr. Connors that he knew.

Doc Ock should've been like, "I know a Curt Conners too."

I love TASM visuals and soundtrack.

I love that they acknowledged that max had his teeth fixed by the eels in tasm2

yes, it's interesting that Doc Ock never mentioned there was also a Curt Connors and an Oscorp in his universe, but here's another interesting thing: Connors and Dillion don't mention that they knew another version of Norman Osborn either.

I like the friendships / comradeship between some of the villains. Prior to this scene, Connors just growled / roared at everyone. Max is the first & only person he engages with, prior to Peter coming back. Max apparently respects him as a scientist as well. So their relationship seemed mutually civil. Also, looking at said civility, it comes across that Connors may have been one of the few (alongside Gwen & Peter) that knew & were kind to Max before his accident. Then Otto & Norman seem very fond of each other when not evil. Norman seems genuinely happy when Otto is cured. The latter seemed genuinely excited that Norman is going to finally be cured & seems legit concerned when Goblin comes out. I only wish we could have seen their evil sides interact. 😂 That would have been interaction of the ages. It would be cool to have seen some of these guys as tag-teams. Connors/Max, Otto/Norman.
