That cracking in the voice is called "vocal fry" and Corpse Husband doesn't exhibit very much of it lately. Vin Diesel, on the other hand... Also - the pitch shifting in whatever software you're using introduces some serious harmonic distortion. You may be able to avoid that by starting with a higher bitrate on the input.
