As an update, the ammunition company (Ammo Valley) covered the full cost of the rifle and remaining ammo due to the case failure of this remanufactured ammo. POF finished their assessment 19 May. The VP called to confirm what I had expected with the ammo. They coordinated with the ATF to send a replacement even though Washington has a dumb new "assault weapons" ban. I have the replacement in hand. Update video on my main channel. -I don't own any 300 Blackout -Yes, I'm LARPing on my off time. It's more fun than what I get to do on active duty tbh haha -Yes, I mostly took my shirt off to show off the tats and gains
  • Good to see someone who understands you may not feel the damage and thoroughly checked himself for any leaks
  • @VonSchpam
Remember, switching to your pistol is always faster than repairing your primary.
  • @TetiLeki
I was shot 4 times and I didnt feel anything till my adrenaline went down but I was leaking. Seeing you check for wounds was amazing awareness on your part.
  • Ladies and gentlemen: You just witnessed absolutely textbook technique of trauma awareness. No screaming or making a scene. Just assessing the situation then checking himself for wounds.
  • @Shadow-sword
Good ol “shit am I dying?” Body check after catastrophic failure
  • @steelbubbab1
This needs to be in a range safety video on how to handle a catastrophic failure. Don't freak out, set the weapon to the side, check yourself over for any cuts or punctures, then inspect the weapon. Dudes safe, gun needs fixed, I'd call that a win.
  • @mambosk5354
I loved the fact that he hesitates between checking the safety of a gun or safety of his body and then the tutorial kicks in and chooses body check first😂
  • @jasonbabb897
Perfect example of why you need glasses and safety gear
  • @herr_tunichtgut
This man is a professional, No panic reaction just calmly and systematically checking himself for injurys.
  • @stevet7522
Perfect example of what magazines are supposed to do in a catastrophic failure.
  • @KurtOnoIR
It really sucks when you find a small hole and start hoping you're still in band-aid territory.
  • @jacobcase4276
"catastrophic failure" more than likely from the ammunition. Probably a squib or seriously overcharged round. Glad you, or someone else wasn't injured
  • @chazpayne2226
Good on you for staying calm and keeping the weapon pointed in a safe direction! Glad you're okay!
  • Good job remaining calm and checking yourself out first. Glad nothing happened to you. A great example of why to wear eye pro!
  • @1AbominAble1
Thank God you weren’t injured. As much as it sucks, the equipment can be replaced. Great job staying calm and assessing the situation.
  • @liamlogan669
I'm glad you are safe and unharmed. Thanks for also filming the proper safety procedures to take after experiencing a catastrophic failure.
  • @jthouston44
It's a testament to the rifle that there was no injury
