I was invited to provide a 2 hour presentation on non-fatal strangulation to the MUSC Forensics Department. The attendees were forensic nurse examiners, memory care nurses, emergency department nurses, victim advocates and law enforcement. This is one area of specialty in my 25 year law enforcement career.
