But yet. 2018. Chris Watts murdered his whole family. Threw his 2 daughters into oil tanks. And buried his wife and unborn son in a shallow grave. He gets life imprisonment.. Unbelievable!

The daughter’s comment, “I don’t hate her, I hate what she did” shows what an amazing person she is.
  • This has to be the best version of a lawyer I've ever seen. His not just a good and moral lawyer, his like a best friend, a brother to Wanda Jean and a true friend and counsellor to her family. I've never seen a lawyer with a bigger heart. He is so invested and it's so touching. The responsibility he must feel would be overwhelming.

When the Pardons and Parole Board members had no questions for Wanda Jean, I immediately knew the board would vote for no clemency.

This lawyer needs some type of recognition. He put his all into her
  • Wow, her lawyer is no lawyer. He's a truly amazing, kindhearted, compassionate human being. A shining example of a great person.

Mr. Presson really was such a light to Wanda's family. Even after being threatened, he still loved on her and her family, fought his hardest to save her life and was devastated when he couldn't. It's very obvious that this family suffers a lot of mental instability and the stress of losing Wanda was really bringing it all out.

Disturbing, sad & haunting. Wanda's Lawyer tried so hard to keep her alive.
  • @leggs4113
Say what you want about the case but we can all agree that her legal representation was phenomenal!!!
  • @babycakes6215
He didn't fail her. He was the best representation I have ever seen in my life!!! Bless him
  • It is clear after seeing the cards she sent, she was an extremely unstable and dangerous person, however, its also clear that brain damage and mental illness played a significant role. She needed to be in a hospital, not executed.
  • @slix96
She was given a second chance after the first murder she committed, she then committed another murder. There are so many arguments for and against the death penalty; but at some point it seems that the victims get lost in all of this while people argue over the perpetrator of the crime. They had no problem imposing a death penalty onto their victim or if they were in pain or tortured, leaving their families with the pain and heartache of their loved one. In this case, she was shown it was wrong to murder and yet did it again…
  • Sister in law stopped a prayer to hear a man talk that didn't want to talk....GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!!!!!
  • @normajones2700
I cried when her lawyer cried you don't find attorneys like that anymore
  • @l0nele
The board looks like they already had their minds set from the jump and didn’t even listen to anything the medical professional said or Wanda herself. The fact that after Wanda read her letter to them to beg for her life, they didn’t even have any questions to ask her, broke my heart. So sad. Such a sad case all around.
  • @tracyzenero9913
Everyone defending her and whining she didn’t get a fair deal is beyond ridiculous. She killed TWO people and she stalked and threatened the second before killing her. Wanda knew right from wrong and chose to kill twice
  • The lawyer represented more like a brother than a legal adviser. What a big heart he got❤
  • @10lees
Clemency Board was very distasteful, impartial, and overall unprofessional. Who licks their tongue out during an execution? An insane person of course, Wanda wasn’t mentally their, she was making light of her execution… she was dancing, killing her did absolutely nothing for the deceased’s family, if Gloria’s mama didn’t want her dead, she should’ve received a stay of execution.
  • @ashleybrown8916
Rip to Gloria… I don’t have a comment about Wanda Jean bc I’m a survivor of Abuse and my ex was able to present himself as a good person in front of others and he was a monster. Sending forever prayers to the victim’s family.
