Garmin cameras: GC100 VS Garmin GC200 comparison and GC100 WIFI fix

Links below.
After initially having problems with the Garmin GC100 camera dropping the WIFI connection I purchased the Garmin GC200 as a replacement. Well during install and doing more research discovered there was a firmware update for the GC100 (details in video). The update seems to have fixed the connectivity issues for the GC100 and the GC200 worked perfect from the start. Now I have 2 working cameras. Where should I put them.

thanks for the video, very nice to get those compared side by side and actually see both of them together to compare sizes. I got few GC100 and they've been working good. I did get few disconnects there and there, but overall okeyish. one is in the engine room covering twin engines. even with good lighting it's still very difficult to see details, like really would be impossible to notice an oil leak if it is fresh and not dark. even to notice if engine is running is a bit challenging, as belts just blur and you need to study if it is really spinning.. maybe need different angle, but same time - trying to cover both engines with one camera. GC200 has much more narrow viewing angle, so then it would not cover both and would need one for each engine. On the other hand GC100 has such nice a wide angle that it is really great as a backup camera. I've been reading that GC200 has some problems with lense fogging..

Pretty cool! Useful when you have two decks. My boat is a lot simpler.

I have the GC200. It performs well but the mount does not have any adjustment vertically or horizontally. As a result however it is mounted, that is what you see. For mine, I see the horizon and can't be changed until I find a mount for it. Does the GC100 have any adjustment in the mount?
