Top tip use didn't mention. As you get familiar 3the game, learn your characters and listen to some of the Content Creators. Valuable insight. Some are truly great and some are trash but overall very helpful.

Started up a second account for grins. Hit level 71, so a bit further along. A few things... 1. Farm some of the newer characters up to six stars for DD1. That 7 star Kestrel is huge. Was able to do complete DD1 and DD2 immediately as I hit the level requirements. Already working toward DD3, although Ultimus is less interesting. Cap America to Winter soldier are a great pair to farm for the six star. 2. Work on whatever the meta raid teams are that you can farm. I have 78 million on Doom 1 right now, auto'd up to the mutant boss (center lanes). I can auto all of U7. 3. For when you hit CC, build up 1 CC team. All I have on defense is MoE and most of the new mutant raid team (missing Sunspot). MoE held today for the win. Sitting in Silver 2. 4. Look at the requirements for your campaign nodes. Getting ready to level up a Wakanda team for Doom War Chapter 2:1-3 so I can farm Cap Sam in 2:4-6. This will lead to Omega Red. Which means you also need Nick Fury at 5 stars. For Fury, I went ahead and started farming black order. Almost have Ebony Maul unlocked. BO is going to go on war and crucible defense. 5. With the above, already in Incursion Chapter 4, which means I can farm Spider Weaver and Kang. The side benefit to this is you start to pile up a lot of elite 4 credits as you get red star dupes from these incursion nodes. 6. Do max refreshes per day on your ISO nodes and get those raid team up to ISO 1 level 5. With this season in War, as you easily put a Rebirth team on defense and get the occasional hold for you alliance. I wouldn't worry about leveling speed too much if you are f2p. You are going to run out of training and ability materials and end up with a huge surplus in gold (sitting at 36.5M and 27 gold orbs). The new player experience is nothing like what is was.

I've also just hit lvl75 recently, and the only time I've used power cores in the arena is when I can kinda guarantee a promotion bump, for example my current position is 76. To get better rewards I have to aim for under 50, and the rewards for that jump aren't worth it (yet). Most of the teams around me are similar and tough so if I were to core it I'd have to spend more 200+. Cores are too valuable to waste in arena for the early player, imho.

This game at least for me was very overwhelming in terms of where to start and which characters to grind first

If I have enough, should I just get 108 Blitz Orbs?

As a player who has really hit level 75, I personally think it's a trap to buy the time heist offers. The people who buy those don't have accumulated resources and run out of stuff whereas the people who level organically don't really have bottlenecks besides t4s and t2s In arena, I'm still top 50 even though I didn't buy those offers because I just built meta character who punch up big ie. Weaver, kang, kestrel etc, I just stark tech my focus so my debunks land

Wow, i almost feel cheated returning to the game. You get galaxies more stuff if you just start again, than returning. Seriously, doctor octopus after a week?
