  • Who's listening đŸŽ¶ in June of 2024? I know I am. I'm 66yrs old now and grew up listening to the best ROCK N 'ROLL EVER MADE! Who can agree with that? Back in those days it was certainly a fantastic party time. This song đŸŽ” 👌 brings me back to my youth. Who grew up during that ROCK N 'ROLL era?
  • I am 72 and this is an example of why my generation had the best music. Nothing today compares with this.

I'm 21. A lot of people are commenting about how they grew up with this song, but I think it's important to know that young people, though we may not have the nostalgia, are still discovering great music like this from generations before us. Songs like this truly are timeless.

This was our song in high school. My boyfriend and I would drive around all night playing it. One of the most brilliant songs ever made. Now here comes the sad part. After 2 years of dating, my boyfriend and I broke up. I was devastated but went off to college. After several months, I heard this very song being played as I walked out of the school. I thought ,what the h???.... There, in the parking lot, was my ex-boyfriend, playing this song for me. I ran to his car and asked him what he was doing. He told me to hop in the car so we could go talk. I was elated to see him and talk to him. We've been married for 46 years now and it's still our song.

How come you can listen to this song a million times and still get teary eyed and emotional. Memories flood in, tears flood out! Music “back in the day” was “BEST OF THE BEST”. It’s 2024, I’m not 67 and it’s a large pill to swallow. Where did our time go? Oh to be back in the day!

I have been crying every time I listen to it, because I was in the Vietnam during this time of era. I survived in the middle of the conflict. I'm now 74 and in the back yard of my daughter house and got tears in my eyes again listening to it. I'm proud to serve the United States Air force for 20 years. This song was produced 1967
