  • I get the impression that Brian is almost always on the verge of tears because of how much he loves life. Seems like a genuine and decent man.
  • Mark Knopfler is not only a divine guitarist but also an authentic poet and supreme songwriter. Sailing to Philadelphia is a masterpiece for music and lyrics. Thanks Brian, beautiful interview.

Mark is sounding a little like Johnny Cash here... his voice is ageing magnificently!

Brian is so human. I never knew how much happiness he could spread. He has a gift for making people feel good. I've never seen anyone like it.

Mark Knopfler is a major figure in the History of music
  • Brian johnson is like a child in front of his favorite singer, not a legend in the same League. Amazing, that's magic

I have not always been the biggest AC/DC fan, but when I see Brian Johnson as touched and moved by Mark Knopfler’s music as I am I can’t help but smile.
  • It's just like two old friends who haven't seen each other in years trying to sign and play while trying to remember the lyrics. It just doesn't get any better
  • Lads, please do an album of duets. Just be yourselves, just like this. You simply radiate the most warmly affirming of emotions. Thanks for doing these, Brian. Just love it.
  • Mr. Johnson if you see this thank you for these videos. You are a true genius.

What a great interviewer Brian is. Never seen Mr. Knopfler so at ease
  • So many of Mark Knopfler's tunes are stories set to music. From the first Dire Straits album and through his entire career he told stories, while playing some of the most wonderful guitar I've ever heard. ;-)
