This was a freaking great anniversary special Zack & Billy really held it down especially Zack & Minh took the hit for Billy & finally earning the power that was awesome then the ending got me. R.I.P Thuy Trang & Jason David Frank 🙏🏿🙏🏿

Wow! Just wow! Now this is how you do an anniversary special. Every single character got a chance to shine, especially Zack. He was the stand out for me. Him doing hip hop kido was a great moment. All the actors still got it in them after all these years, especially when it comes to Barbara Goodson. She still has it in her with her voice. I also really liked Minh and her development and her motivation on wanting to avenge Trini. Hope we see her again.

the special was so good and Minh had a nice story and she was very relatable. Yup they were using the archived audio clips for the ones who didn't come back but Kimberly and Trini's were much clearer, it's very clear that it's their archived clips. The broadcast Minh was watching was a BuzzBlast report and that was 1 of their employees that we saw in Dino Fury. Harvey Garvey was a reference to post-The Power Transfer, he was the TV show host that the Rangers got interviewed by. Was anyone cutting onions? Minh seeing Trini's memories is what broke me.

I enjoyed this special so much but I was a little depressed afterwards. Never saw this channel before but watching this reaction and seeing someone else enjoy it and have those emotions made me feel better. So thanks for that.

5:56 Don't know if you got the reference here but this is an Easter egg, but Bendora was Rita's character name in the original Super Sentai series.

When I first saw Robo Rita, my first thought was literally "She really went overboard with the Snapchat filters". 😂😂 But this was really well done. Cheesy dialogue, great action, so much nostalgia and a simultaneously heartwarming and heartbreaking tribute to Thuy and JDF at the end. I do wish we had actually seen Bulk and Skull instead of just their pictures on a sign. Also, I love the commentary from Kat on the Putties sounding like angry turkeys. 😆😅😂

It's interesting to see where we're at now in regards to societal progression around suicide and mental health. In the same special that they pay tribute to JDF, Hasbro distance themselves from Austin by having someone else do Jason's VO, we only hear him once during a morphing roll call, and his new Lightning figure is the only one that doesn't come with a human head sculpt (they try to make it up by giving him the Dragon shield instead of Tommy). All that effort to distance themselves from him for the mere "potential" of Austin committing a crime, no one really knows if he did it yet but the potential alone is enough for a corporation to blacklist him, for now at least, but yet we still get this touching tribute to JDF and the toys are fully backing him, I just thought it was an interesting observation cause I remember how taboo suicide used to be. P.S. You have to be pure-hearted to morph, not chosen. Her desire for revenge was a personal desire, and Zordon said way back in episode 1 that you cannot use the powers for personal gain. The dad talk Zack gives her in the command center was really the heart of the whole thing, though funny when he asks "you think being a Ranger is cute quips, kicking butt and having fun" when that's literally what they did 99% of the time lol, only the comics have explored the struggle of it all. But this special took the morphing concept from the 2017 movie and applied it to the revenge drama of Wakanda Forever.

You always rock, Academia! This was an awesome special. It was MORPHINOMIAL to say the least. There are so many references from past Power Rangers series. My sister and I grew up watching Power Rangers as children. We met Jason David Frank twice! I’m going to meet the rest of the cast of every Ranger. The ending tribute brought me to tears. 😢😢💔⚡️⚡️
