Lauren, I am loving the journey and your honest and candid approach to this series. I love to see the messy bits .... it is so relatable and it makes me feel like my life is not so out of control. Don't get me wrong, I love to see the beds made etc. but real life isn't always like that .... and our dogs scratch at our doors too. 🤣

I just bought two bags of wildflower seeds to plant in my meadow today, then came home to this video.I just love serendipity(or maybe it was AI evesdropping on my phone at the hardware store),LOL. I can't wait to see your meadow in full bloom(and mine). My bag just says to rake the ground then sprinkle and water, so I think your flowers will have a better start than mine. I can't wait to see your finished home. Your book " Down To Earth" is my blueprint for my little cottage.

Love this series, and I can hardly wait for The Meadow House's completion. I just wanted to ask what kind of soil you intended to plant the seeds in, because the soil looked like clay there. I had a lot of issues with clay when I built my own home. Clay is such a compacted material and holds water forever, that it's not great for planting. Anyway, love what ya'll do and I look forward to more!❤
