TBH i feel like this is one of the most underwhelming life in looks episodes. I'm a huge fan of Jennifer and we are all aware of her incredible fashion sense and iconic looks! In all of her life in looks you chose the ones we've already seen the most AND half of them were of recent years?! I feel like it's an injustice to Jennifer's impact on fashion over the course of her career. This feels lazy

Dare I say it that this seemed rushed and boring? Most stars turn the pages and you can feel them immediately hit with a fond memory. Jen seems completely over it.

She has been a style icon for almost 3 decades and this 11 minute video is all they could pull together?? she looked almost bored, continuously talked about her music, photography/photographer and not what she is actually wearing? Hopefully they do a part 2 where she can discuss her ‘Life in Looks’ 😂

Google pictures exists because of that green Versace dress and so many people doing a search for it. She mentions it so casually but we have a pretty important feature because of that iconic dress that had been worn by others. Others wore it but she rocked it. I remember being amazed that it stayed in place. That's when I learned that double sided tape can be used with an outfit. Jennifer wearing that dress was iconic and carried over to so many areas like a ripple effect.

It did immediately break my heart to hear Jennifer casually discuss Diddy literally telling her "No" and controlling what outfits she wore, especially on such a big night for her career, and (we now know) she just had to go along with it. I always assumed it was Jennifer's style or her team's fashion sense that inspired that look! We see it as iconic now, but in 2024, it's interesting to learn it's just something else in Hip-Hop's history that's tarnished by Diddy's involvement! 💔
