Rules:
1. Fainted Pokemon can't be used (Black Out = Game Over)
2. One Encounter per Area
3. Can't Heal in Battle
4. Battle Style Set
5. Level Cap (Equal To Next Gym Ace)
Levels Caps: 14, 20, 23, 27, 31, 35, 39, 43, E4 - 55 Champion - 60
6. Every 2 Members, a Random Pokemon Dies
(Cannot End The Run And Only Takes Effect Outside Of Battle)
7. When We Enter The Pokemon League, Members Will No Longer Kill Mons, It's DO OR DIE!
