For context, Julian isn't Whitty and Carol's son; he's a retelling of Whitty! Initially, he wasn't going to be added, but the devs decided to add him anyway (IIRC). Additionally, BBPanzu confirmed that Carol isn't dating Julian.

I know Julian is a separate character but man, he does have the vibes of both Whitty and Carol. He has sprites that resemble Carol's (Low-Rise and first like 10 secs of Underground) and Whitty (the other ones from Underground). He has clothes similar to Whitty and dark skin just like Carol.
