I prefer doing it in reverse and starting with the high numbers first because you have more stuff in the begining lol I don't mind the instant gratification either😂
  • hello, I'm commenting here on your most recent video - 'I can't do this anymore' - I'm so sorry that your passion is being threatened by greed. Please take the time you need for you and know that we are always here for when you are strong and ready to continue. More power to you x
  • I stopped counting, but I think I nailed it for January, I took 2 garbage bags of stuff to the donation center, a grocery size bag of old meds to CVS. Then I tackled my closet, threw things in the laundry to donate next time, then…. And this is the big one….. I finally decluttered my acrylic paints. This required me to examine every tube to see if it was still good or needed to be tossed. Probably over 100 tubes and dozens of brushes are now in my car waiting to be donated to a recreational center. I have also decided to try to sell on marketplace some of my depression glass, if it does not sell, I will donate it to our library for their annual auction. You have been such an inspiration to me. My home is my sanctuary, I enjoy being here, I love living minimal. I paint watercolor and sketch. That’s my thing! ….. and I drink tea! Next….. I watched your post today (Jan 31), know you are loved and appreciated, the comments were turned off, but I’m too determined to let that stop me from telling you how I feel. ❤ Linda from Dallas, PA drinking decaf black tea.
  • I just saw the other video about the YT problem. I think you should sic a lawyer on them. Make them prove their claim. I’m sorry that they’re doing this to you and I hate that you’re so hurt. We do love you! Hugs!! ❤

I commented on your recent video but comments were turned off. You have helped so many people already. I am heart broken that you are still experiencing this. I have heard this same youtube experience from other content creators on various subjects. This seems to be a common occurence. I am thinking of you. I think most of us understand and sympathize with you. You need to do whatever works for your own best interest. We will be here for the long haul. You have so many fans. If you need a long break... you do what works for you. Thank you for all you do. You are great!

I played the Minimalists 30-day game when I first watched them. You had some very helpful items on the list I didn't think about such as paper clutter. Lest we forget to check expired food and medications. I even got to the point at the last of counting old pins and paper clips!😅
  • @lydiaross2554
I have been decluttering my paper clutter (old tax forms, obsolete warranty information, product manuals for items we no longer own) - talk about freedom!!!! Love it
  • Robyn, I hope things start turning around for you and please know I’m thinking of you. ❤
  • Don’t lose heart. Refocus. Refuse to give up. Has nothing to do with this video. Your heart is so more important !!!!!!

Hi there Robyn ! you got me..... when I watched your video, I thought that it was not for me, there was no way I could declutter this amount of items in a month. Then I went to my home office and saw the two left-over bins from my previous decluttering effort. Oh.... then I sat at the computer and noticed the overflowing inbox. I also had a notification that my cloud space was close to the limit (hundreds of photos, most of them meaningless or duplicates). Long story short, I downloaded the tracker and began by removing a gift from my first boss in 1979 (you are allowed to laugh), a really pretty container for bath salts, never used and never displayed as I dislike baths, just taking space in the vanity. All my clutter is hidden but it takes space. What a month February will be ! Thank you for being so generous and inspiring !
  • This is so perfect, I was planning on doing a 30 day declutterring challenge for February and now I have a tracker. Thank you and I will update on how I’m doing, great way to stay accountable.

So exciting. Like a treasure hunt! I got over enthused and did through day 5. I have to pace myself. 😂❤

'This is the way' I started my decluttering journey (in September of 2020) too. I got my family of 3 involved to make it even more fun/easy and I took the hardest days (Day 3, 6, 9, etc.) because it way my big idea. My partner wasn't excited about decluttering but he wanted to be involved and play the game with us so he was assigned the easiest days (1, 4, 7, etc.) and my daughter took Day 2, 5, 8, etc.
