I recently binge watch Superstore and wow dare i to say that the show is criminally underrated and Ferrera's performance was just so joyful to watch. If anyone is interested to see what else this talented woman has done, i highly recommend Superstore.

I would have had no idea that the character of Gloria's husband was being played by a non-actor. It's a very small part, but he crushes it, and comes off as totally adorable.

I relate so hard to America’s husband… I’m in Texas and I took so many years of Spanish and even had a job where I had to read official documents in Spanish for like 13 years, but I can NOT speak it for crap. My 8 year old niece is super bilingual though, like amazingly so!

Loved America in "Superstore" (and had a big crush on her). That is one of the best tv shows off all time. Also one of the best finales of all time on that show, too.

Growing up I’ve loved America’s performance as The title character in Ugly Betty. Used to watch it when I can on channel 4 here in the uk 🇬🇧.

My immigrant mom never taught me German, and I had to take French until high school. But yes, I could understand her - plus, she spoke Germglish (German version of Spanglish) so even when she was trying to be sneaky I would catch on. 😂
