Hilariously I recently stumbled upon the clip of them discussing marriage while playing splatoon. In it they said even if they did get married, the only real change would be who would take whose name.

Man, aqua saying "I am the mistress" together with the build up of her realizing what just happened and she moments before a ugly cry saying "I've finally woken up from my dream", all of this after tons of clips about aqua chasing after Okayu, being called a mistress by her and never receiving the romantic attention she wanted, really looked like something out of a romcom finale showing the losing heroine not so happy ending. I can imagine the entire scene being animated. (All of this is a anime worth drama out of a comedic bit)
