The fact that Lance can give Jeffy his own stereotypical Chinese accent WITHOUT it sounding like Jackie Chu is pretty fuckin impressive!

Anyways, here’s a brownie recipe homemade! Ingredients: • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter • 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar • 4 large eggs • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder • 1 teaspoon salt • 1 teaspoon baking powder • 1 teaspoon espresso powder (optional) • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour • 2 cups chocolate chips or chopped chocolate Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper. 2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. 3. Mix the sugar and butter in a large bowl until well combined. 4. Add the eggs one at a time to the sugar and butter mixture, beating well after each addition. 5. Stir in the cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, espresso powder (if using), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. 6. Add the flour and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. 7. Fold in the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate until evenly distributed throughout the batter. 8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly. 9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached. Do not overbake for fudgier brownies. 10. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into squares. Enjoy your homemade brownies!
