I normally don't bother with this stuff and let it go, this is happening frequently and will have my say and then I'm done with this company will never shop there ever again. Nor will my family.

Paula is a selfish rude person.
Waited 45 minutes , told oil be ready in half hour, come to door she refused to open at first, then on a power trip totally refused to cook a large family chips. @CaltexAustraliaLtd
She refused to tell me her name many times being a smart ass.

She was enjoying the fact she made me wait 45 minutes for no reason ( also came at midnight approx to be told oil being done and about a hour till done, I had been there almost a full hour when I left.) she's got a smirk on her face the whole time happy with her behaviour of making me wait and thinking she's pissed me off.

She clearly enjoyed what she done by the look of her body language.

Since I complained about Britney behaviour I've had nothing but issues with all the women that work at this store.

Several times I've gone to get my son chips to be told they're changing the oil, it happened 4 times in one day and I know they don't change the oil 4 times only once, they're too lazy to work , they're being selfish over nothing that had anything to do with them.

So far this week I've spent about $300 at this store, I have 3 cars and always fill up petrol there weekly.

I purchased a lot of milk, bread, hot chips and many more things.

I've spent tens of thousands of dollars at this store.
I will NEVER walk into this store again.

Clearly they have a problem with CUSTOMER SERVICE and they don't want to do their JOB they're PAID to do!.
