Jonathan Ferguson, a weapons expert and Keeper of Firearms & Artillery at the Royal Armouries, breaks down a range of the pro'er Bri'ish weapons of the Fallout: London mod, including the Covert, the Fusion Converted Zap Sniper Rifle and the Enfield: Electric Boogaloo. There's even time for a bit of sightseeing with a visit to the Royal Small Arms Factory in Enfield and the British Museum. Blimey!

Jonathan had so much to say about Fallout: London that we've split this video into two parts, so look out for Part 2 next week.

We want to introduce some Q&As into the episodes, so if you've got a question for Jonathan or the Expert Reacts team, leave them in the comments section and they may be answered in a future episode.

In the latest video in the Firearm Expert Reacts series, Jonathan Ferguson--a weapons expert and Keeper of Firearms & Artillery at the Royal Armouries--breaks down guns from Fallout: London, and compares them to their potential real-life counterparts.

  • @IrregularDave
Jonathan had a lot to say about the weapons of Fallout London, so there will be a part 2 for next Saturday. And be sure to leave your questions below for future Q&A sessions!
  • Thanks for the video Jonathan Ferguson, the keeper of Firearms & Artillery at the Royal Armories museum in the UK.
  • @Bayofthe91st
plot twist: Fallout London is actually a huge elaborated effort to make mod guns from the Nexus community to be featured by Mr Ferguson
  • @StainlessPot
"This is a combination of the rifle number 4 with the rifle number 5, rifle number 2 large, number 6 with extra dip... "
  • The way some of these more unique guns got around London, is that they were looted from the Royal Armories Museum!
  • "Radiation is not to be messed with" what a pertinent piece of advice for today's episode
  • @HailHydra27
"Radiation is not to be messed with" With a straight face, in the middle of a Fallout video
  • @Jedadkins
The Fallout London devs should add a rare weapon vender based on (and voiced by) Jonathan Ferguson, the keeper of Firearms & Artillery at the Royal Armories museum in the UK.
  • @matt32187
My question for Jonathan would be how he got to become the keeper of firearms at the the royal armory museum
  • @MeleeTiger
I felt that the reason they named the rifle just a "service rifle" was a nod to New Vegas where the standard service rifle was also just called "service rifle". Especially since they took clear inspiration from other parts of New Vegas, like adding back in the ammo loading workbench.
  • @Psycorde
The kitchen knife joke was on point
  • @GhoulishGlee
Handling a radioactive Welrod sight might be the most fitting way to do a Fallout gun comparison video. ^^ ("The Welrod's clandestine use meant that use at night was extremely likely and as such had its front and rear sights painted with luminous radioactive paint which enabled the pistol to be aimed in low light." -historicalfirearms)
  • Honestly, I would love to see a Ghoulified Companion With the title of "Johnathan Ferguson Keeper of firearms and artillery at the Royal Armouries in the UK which houses a collection of thousands of iconic weapons from throughout history"
  • @Nugire
7:50 "Radiation is not to be messed with" Said while doing a Fallout video. Perfect.
  • @joeljoke
There should be a legendary version of the service rifle called "more tape" or "taped" that is just completely wrapped in tape like if it was a christmas present to the point where you cant see any of the wood
  • Oh, this is an exciting one. I cannot wait to hear Jonathan’s thoughts on the very British guns here. Also, please can we get a Valkyria Chronicles episode in the future? Please?
  • @Drenosa
Well if there's going to be Q&A's. We all know that Jonathan has his trusty emotional support MP5. Are there any firearms that come close in giving him the comfort he needs whenever Dave shows him another cursed weapon?
  • if there's a tesco, there will be a horsemeat joke. Could imagine that being a great mini quest
