My dog is jealous that kitty got a bandana like hers, (swatting and hissing) Oliver always wins

My dog and cat they go round and round of course at night they sleep by each other but during the day they try to one up each other if the cat gets a new toy the dog steals it, the dog gets a treat first kitty starts swatting the dog. Well Oliver got a new bandana for the first time ever and Charlee thinks that bandanas are only meant for her. She struts around when she gets a new one one. Lol never a dull moment in my house.
