I'm a 30 year corn and soybeans farm girl from NW Indiana. I helped my dad farm from as young as I can remember. My oldest brother took over the farming after my dad passed in 77. And I helped my neighbor and his son farm. He was desperate for someone to help them and my brothers weren't available so he took a chance on me. Helped them until I moved to Arizona to go to nursing school and because my mom planned to retire there. Lots of farmers in my family. So awesome to see young farmers taking on the challenge. I absolutely love and appreciate your videos. I have 15 cats. Hope you get them fixed or you will have kitties everywhere. LOL Keep up the great work with the videos. They are so appreciated. Watching your videos brings back lots of memories. Best life ever growing up on the farm.

Long time railroader - your trucks bring up to 80K pounds to the elevator each trip. The elevators ship out 7000 ton, 10000 ton and heavier trains to feed lots, poultry producers and the docks for export. With ships handling 60K tons to 200K tons across the pond. A whole lot of grain moving all over the world. Thank you for your contributions.

You two have one of the greatest views from a front porch!

As a little kid I watched Modern Farmer on tv in the early ’50’s; it was on before the Paul Terry cartoons. Seventy years later, I’m still captivated by the farming shows. What sticks with me most, then and now, is how hard the farmers job is and how hard they work everyday. Thank you!

I have to say that watching just a few videos, Grant and Laura are amazing, hard working and good together. I envy your lifestyle as farmers. Keep it up!! Oh and Grant is a lucky fella to have such a great woman, Laura is amazing!! Love her attitude and work ethic, you hit the jackpot Grant.

HIT THE SUBSCRIBE BUTTON FOR LAURA!! Good morning Sunshine! I really enjoyed the beginning with Grant walking about as he was fueling up. The scene of the porch with the kittens and pumpkins was really cute. They are really something. Seeing the wind damage to the corn crop and hearing the impact that had was heartbreaking to hear. I am sorry the yields are so low for you two. The rainbow scenes reminded me that God was blessing your fields after the rain and that was encouraging. Have a good week you guys and be safe! Youself, Grant, and The Cornstars do the best job of really explaininging what is going on with the actual crop. Thank you

No need to offer an apology on the production of your videos. There may be a bit of jumping around as you described, but the continuity comes through fine. The production value of your videos is extremely high. You are far beyond your years in understanding what goes into video production. I found your channel just a few weeks ago but I am obsessed with you, your husband and your farm. I live in a suburban area of town but if I travel five miles north or east I am deep into farmland. I have always wondered what all those farmers did to maintain their land and crops. Now I know thanks to you. And all the things of maintenance you have to do on your farm has made the household tasks I do around my home seem miniscule by comparison. Thanks for giving me that new perspective.

Hello, I'm from Thailand. Your corn field is amazing. including agricultural technology It's different from my country and requires human effort. But I like it. I'm patient with it. In a few weeks my corn will be harvested. Thank you.

The rainbow and sunset were beautiful. Thank you Thank You. God Bless
  • @austinfarms11
On the video of the car that came through your Corn field Grant said that on the John deere combine you just have to open the valve and the oil will go down the hose in the bucket but on the Case IH it 's the same there's a valve on the oil pan and it has a hose that goes down the side to the bucket

I am an old man and loved going to my Grandma's farm. I learned to drive an old farm all tractor when I was 8 or 9 yoa. You two bring back some of the most fond memories of my childhood. You two young people are having so much fun farming. Keep up the great life you have. I know sometimes it is not easy, but you guys make it look so.😂
  • @kirkreusch5704
Switching up jobs really helps with fatigue in such a short jam packed time around the harvest. God bless you guys.
  • @cdnbaconeh7321
