I have tried other biblical sleep meditations but keep coming back to this one. Narrator's voice is calming. Message starts by telling me that now or later, I will find sleep in God's time. Exactly what I need to hear. I am able to let go and sleep peacefully through the night.

Thank you! thank you! I love this and I listen to it every night. This was an answer to prayer. I need sleep talk downs to help with quieting my mind. Iโve been wanting one that weaves in the love God has for me. The only one that Iโve been able to find is abide.
